The Web Analytics Association web site is a reputable:http://www.webanalyticsassociation.org/ ..and then there is the web analytics forum in Yahoo Groups (seehttp://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/webanalytics/), if you can put up with a yahoo group.. Of course, google bought my favorite web statistics/metrics service, urchin, a few years ago.
